Marissa Ann Sehmann

As a designer I love branding and identity work, Avenir Black, and using whimsical color schemes. I also love playing with expressive, fun language and exploring typefaces. My nickname according to my design classmates is “The Dipper”. This is because over the past few years I gained a reputation for my ninja-like routine of “dipping out” of class early without being caught. Outside of design my interests including singing, anything and everything country music, talking like Stitch and occasionally jumping out of an airplane. Several hours after our graduation ceremony, I will hop on a plane to Ireland for a two-week adventure. When I return to the US I will be realizing my dream of moving to Nashville, TN where I will spend the remainder of the summer as a graphic design intern for The Grand Ole Opry.
