Ryan Schroeder

Over the last four years, graphic design has been in a non-stop evolution for me and I have really enjoyed growing and developing as a designer and person at BGSU. My overall style and approach towards graphic design has changed dramatically as I have continually strived to achieve a higher level of design. Over the last couple of years I have found a comfort zone in process driven design, fleshing out my ideas through sketching, mock-ups, and exercises before hitting the computer. I find this process to be very rewarding as a designer because the solution is not only more enjoyable to discover but it allows me to develop unique techniques or ideas in my designs that previously might not have been realized. Upon graduation I plan to scour the job market for positions that would be meaningful and enjoyable to me as a person and a designer, preferably an opportunity in the film or professional sports industries.
